What are the conditions for a return?
Items in new condition and in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To return your MEEKOs, send us an email to [email protected] with your name, email address and order number, which you will find in your order confirmation email.
There is an error in the order I received...
Did you receive the wrong model or the wrong size? There was probably a human error at the warehouse - it can happen. But don't worry, we'll take care of everything!
If the pair you receive does not correspond to your order, please contact our customer service department at contact@meeko.store. We will exchange your pair (free of charge, of course).
How do I make an exchange?
We will exchange your pair free of charge. All you have to do is use the link in the package tracking email to generate a return slip, or go to this page to this page after sending us an e-mail to [email protected].
What are the conditions for returning an item?
We offer credit notes and refunds. At your request, MEEKO can refund your order or issue a credit note, provided that you return your order in its original condition and unused packaging within 30 days of delivery. In the case of a refund, we will credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.
