Exchanges

Sneakers can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Here are the conditions that must be met in order to make an exchange:

• The sneakers must be in their original packaging (packaging intact).
• The sneakers must be in their original condition and have only been tried on indoors.
• The return slip must be included in your return package.

Reimbursement

Sneakers can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Here are the conditions that must be met in order to obtain a refund:

• The sneakers must be in their original packaging (packaging intact).
• The sneakers must be in their original condition and only tried on indoors.
• The return slip must be included in your return package.

Refunds are made within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the product at our warehouse.

Return shipping costs applicable depending on your location:

France: €6 fee
Europe (excluding France): €10 fee
International (excluding Europe): $15 fee
