Track your order
You can track your order directly by logging into your MEEKO customer account, via this page or via the order tracking emails sent by our partner BIGBLUE. You will receive different tracking emails depending on the progress of your order: being prepared, shipped, delivered and delivered.
Are taxes included?
Our prices include all taxes for orders to European Union countries.
My size is no longer available... what should I do?
We deliberately work with small stocks to avoid overproduction. In the event of high demand, a particular size may be temporarily out of stock.
When this is the case, it is still possible to pre-order. The order will then be added to our next production run, and your pair will be delivered within one and a half to two months.
