Track your order
You can track your order directly by logging into your MEEKO customer account, via this page or via the order tracking emails sent by our partner BIGBLUE. You will receive different parcel tracking emails depending on the progress of the processing of your parcel: being prepared, dispatched, being delivered and delivered.

My shoe size is no longer available... what should I do?
We voluntarily work with small stocks to avoid overproduction. In case of high demand, it may therefore happen that a size is temporarily out of stock.
When this is the case, it is still possible to pre-order. The order will then be added to our next production and your pair will be delivered to you within a month and a half to two months.

MEEKO fits normally, choose your usual size.
However, if you hesitate between two sizes, we advise you to measure the length of the removable insole of one of your usual sneakers. Then report the measurement in our correspondence grid below to find the right size

Maintenance tips
Before the first wearing, we advise you to waterproof your shoes using a spray adapted to the material and to repeat this operation periodically.
The use of the washing machine is strictly discouraged because it risks altering the properties of the various materials.
Appleskin models: maintain the appleskin of your shoes with a damp cloth or sponge and periodically with a specific spray or cream product. Recycled polyester inserts can be maintained with a damp sponge and Marseille soap or cleaning foam as needed.
