What are the conditions for making a return?

Items in new condition and in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery . To return your MEEKO, send us an email to contact@meeko.store mentioning your name, email address and order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.

There is an error in the order I received…

Did you not receive the right model or size? There was probably human error at the warehouse, it can happen. But nothing serious, we take care of everything!

If the pair received does not correspond to your order, contact our customer service at the following address: contact @meeko.store . We will exchange your pair (free of charge, of course).

How to make an exchange?

We will exchange your pair for free. Simply use the link in the package tracking email to generate a return slip or go to this page after sending us an email to contact@meeko.store.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

We make credits or refunds. If you request it and provided that you return your order to us, within 30 days after delivery, in its original condition, its original packaging and unused, MEEKO can refund your order or issue a credit. In the event of a refund, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.
